CHECK YOUR HOME is a personalised home monitoring service operating in Manilva, Sabinillas, La Duquesa, Casares Playa, Punta Chullera and Estepona, and expanding into other areas based on demand. We have been working in the real estate industry for many years and this has led us to recognise the needs of homeowners.

With squatters and house burglaries on the rise, mixed with Covid lockdown and frozen international travel, holiday homes are left empty and vulnerable for longer periods of time. That said the majority of holiday homes do remain empty for many months at a time even under normal circumstances. Additionally, this exposure to the elements, especially during the winter seasons can cause properties to fall into disrepair and this can be very costly in the long run.
