About the Author
The Visit Andalucia series of books are written by renowned author, Nick Nutter. Nick has lived and travelled throughout Andalucia for over twenty years. He writes for magazines and periodicals, has written a number of books, has been the editor of two successful magazines and maintains a website with his partner, Julie Evans, that contains hundreds of articles about their passion, Andalucia. In 2016 he was presented with an award by the Ayuntamiento de Manilva for his books encouraging visitors to the area.
The Visit Andalucia books are much more than travel guides. They take you deep into the history and culture of the region from Manilva, a little known municipality on the Costa del Sol, to a journey on a railway constructed by British engineers in the 19th century. Delve into the fascinating 781 year history of the Muslim occupation of al-Andalus or explore the 'Sherry Triangle'.
Visit places that are far off the tourist trail where you can see and feel the real Andalucia, far removed from the high rise Costas.
Make the most of your time in Andalucia.
