In late August, the white village of Frigiliana turns from a relatively peaceful town into a melting pot of cultures, for four days, Frigiliana celebrates the three main cultures: Christian, Arabic and Sephardic through food, music, arts and traditions.
The central market is the main focus of the festival. There are more than 150 stalls to buy food, clothes, and products belonging to the three cultures. Situated in the historic city centre of the town.
The streets of Frigiliana fill with music of all types. Music is played by street artists and the Festival hosts eight concerts. They take place in the Plaza de las Tres Culturas and the Casa del Apero
You are given the opportunity to taste different tapas for €2 each in 19 bars and restaurant of the town. There is a card with the map showing the bars and restaurants that are participating, have the card marked by each bar you visit, if you complete one of the two Tapa tours (Moorish and Mudéjar), you will be awarded a t-shirt.
