Sopa de los Siete Ramales

The Sopa de los Siete Ramales (Soup of Seven Ingredients) in El Burgo has been declared an event of Special Tourist Interest.

OK, the ingredients are, tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic, bread, mint and wild asparagus. It is delicious.

To learn how to cook this special soup, turn up in El Burgo in the morning when the preperations begins. At about 2pm, when the soup is judged ready, there is a communal tasting.

Whilst you are waiting for your soup, you will be entertained with music and a craft fair.
